CORE ALIGNMENT™ Professional Coach Training was realized through Lori-anne’s expertise in creating brilliant material that learners eagerly engage with and integrate into their journey to become coaches. Lori-anne Demers. Master Certified Coach, is the visionary for CORE ALIGNMENT™ Coaching, where she collaborated with other experts to bring together a curriculum for coach training unlike any other. Commencing with the CORE ALIGNMENT™ Program as the fundamental cornerstone, building with the pillars of Appreciative Inquiry and Neuro-linguistic Process, the system of CORE ALIGNMENT™ Coaching is the culmination of her years of training and development. In May 2009, CORE ALIGNMENT™ Coaching, meeting the rigorous requirements necessary, was recognized by the International Coach Federation as an officially Accredited Coach Training Program.
